I like this song because the lyric is just so cool and it's very convincing. When I listen to it I feel like that I should never give up on anything and should be movin' along.

I like this song because it's funny (IF you watch the full version, I did not put the full version up here because it has inappropriate contents) and the band that plays this song made it sound AMAZING. When I listen to this song I feel wild, crazy, and hyper.

The rent man and Madam seem to disagree throughout the poem. Yet, the last line is "So we agrees!"
Why is that?

Answers(Opinions only)...
1. Because the woman doesn't want to pay the money since the apartment is to horrible and that makes the rent man have no money while letting this woman renting the apartment. So both people are loss so they have to agree.
2. Some rich people only care about money, once they have money they would never care about others. Like in this story, the person who gets the money only cares about making profits, so they don't need to even bother to call someone to fix the apartment.
3. The author uses words like "ain't" which make the woman sound like she's really mad and he uses calm words for the rental agent because the rental agent is not mad, he's just explaining stuff to the woman.

Three images I saw when reading this...
After reading this poem, I saw a lot of images in my mind. That's because the writer was doing an excellent job on getting the readers' minds. But I'm just going to write down three images.
The first image that I saw was a picture of a nicely-dressed man with white hair talking with a woman. But the expression woman's face was angry.
The second image that I saw was a picture of Hades (the Hades from a Walt Disney's movie 'Hercules') standing in the underworld and doing his evil laughings.
The third image that I saw was a picture of an apartment, but not just any apartments these days, this apartment was the most awful one that you could ever imagine. Rats running everywhere, water leaking from the ceiling, and broken windows everywhere.
